I had gotten quotes from two other companies. The first one was definitely an option, but they didn't do metal replacement and I needed that done on the side of my house. The second company was just too ridiculously high. They were going to charge $3,000 for the metal replacement when I got it for a 1/3 of the cost from Jet. The material was delivered a day before the work so on the day the roof was to be completely replaced, everything was set up for the workers. They arrived on time at 7 AM and was done with my roof and clean up 11:30. I also got a solar fan installed to try to keep my crawl space cool in the summer. I'll see how that works. The next day the workers arrived early to replace the metal piece and three pieces of siding. All work was done professionally. There was always someone available to answer my questions whenever I called. I would highly recommend this company. read less

Some of my siding blew off the side of my townhouse due to all the winds we'be had. I had a couple estimates for replacing all of the sidimg which was not in my budget. So, Alonzo offered from where the siding blew off up to the very top, taking the siding off, placing house wrap there because it was missing and putting the siding back onto the house. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. Their quote was in line with others, but we chose them because they were also willing to incorporate the addition of a new skylight, including all of the drywall and other work to make that happen. Other roofers said they would install the skylight but that we would have to get someone else to do the interior work. Jet did all of it. Their clean-up work afterwards was terrific, too. They also had to cut and remove a bunch of unnecessary steel beams on the roof, which they did very carefully.Other roofers have come by the house afterwards and said Jet did great work. The only criticism one roofer had was that the skylight might not be sufficiently sloped, so in the future we might have an issue with water wearing away the sealant around the window after several years. But that is a fairly minor criticism overall, given the size and scope of the project.I would have given 5 stars except that after the roof project, Alex was really hard to get a hold of regarding a follow-up project at the house. That was too bad, because we liked working with them. read less
