They arrived on time at 7 AM and was done with my roof and clean up 11:30. I also got a solar fan installed to try to keep my crawl space cool in the summer. I'll see how that works. The next day the workers arrived early to replace the metal piece and three pieces of siding. All work was done professionally. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. Our project was extensive: a full replacement of the original slate shingles on our round turret and flat mansard roof; replacement of all copper gutters, downspouts and finial; as well as a full exterior prep and paint job of sheet metal cornice, wood trim and brick. The result of their hard work is stunning; truly returning our newly purchased historical home to its original glory!
