They were going to charge $3,000 for the metal replacement when I got it for a 1/3 of the cost from Jet. The material was delivered a day before the work so on the day the roof was to be completely replaced, everything was set up for the workers. They arrived on time at 7 AM and was done with my roof and clean up 11:30. I also got a solar fan installed to try to keep my crawl space cool in the summer. I'll see how that works. The next day the workers arrived early to replace the metal piece and three pieces of siding. All work was done professionally. There was always someone available to answer my questions whenever I called. I would highly recommend this company. read less

Some of my siding blew off the side of my townhouse due to all the winds we'be had. I had a couple estimates for replacing all of the sidimg which was not in my budget. So, Alonzo offered from where the siding blew off up to the very top, taking the siding off, placing house wrap there because it was missing and putting the siding back onto the house. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. I received quotes from several other highly regarding companies in the area, but I honest felt most comfortable using Jet's services. My direct contact was a really profession guy named Alonso. He gave me an easy to understand explanation for all aspects and details of what I would receive for the price given. His team had the roofing materials delivered to my home the afternoon before installation, and they arrived first thing the following morning (7:30 am) and completed the installation by 4:30 pm that afternoon. The entire experience was remarkably smooth, and they were equally efficient with the cleanup before departing. I've heard lots of horror stories about roofing replacements, but considering the wonderful pricing I secured and expert service I received. (Our job included a rancher-style house, detached 2-car garage and gutters.)We received SEVEN estimates from local roofing contractors, big and small, and Alex was the most impressive of them all. His professionalism and his courtesy were head and shoulders above the rest. Of course the price was right, but his written proposal was SO VERY DETAILED and precise: nothing was left out... the itemized list of products to be used and work to be done was very specific.Supplies and materials were delivered on the date and hour promised. (Two days before work was to begin.)His uniformed team arrived on time and NEVER stopped moving (except for lunch). They were a well-oiled machine, well trained, competent, fast, professional and courteous. The demolition (removal of old shingles) was completed quickly and neatly. The clean-up work (after demolition and after completing the install) was thorough.For his initial visit, Alex found some wood-rot and decay that would need to be repaired. His estimate for the amount of materials needed to repair the eave and rakes was exactly right. (No surprises and no add-on fees.)The quality of workmanship was superb. His team of installers worked quickly, but were never rushed. They were careful and precise.Problem resolution was prompt and business-like. An attic exhaust fan with a factory defect (or design flaw) proved to be unworkable for our home. Unfortunately, this incompatibility was discovered AFTER it had been fully installed. -- Alex handled the problem promptly and within 24 hours the fans had been replaced without any hassles.This is what customer service is all about!
