I received a two year warranty on this repair. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. Our project was extensive: a full replacement of the original slate shingles on our round turret and flat mansard roof; replacement of all copper gutters, downspouts and finial; as well as a full exterior prep and paint job of sheet metal cornice, wood trim and brick. The result of their hard work is stunning; truly returning our newly purchased historical home to its original glory! Each day the crew was courteous and respectful in keeping the interior of our home clean as they entered through the attic to do roof work, and if any delays or issues arose, they communicated transparently with us.
