Our project was extensive: a full replacement of the original slate shingles on our round turret and flat mansard roof; replacement of all copper gutters, downspouts and finial; as well as a full exterior prep and paint job of sheet metal cornice, wood trim and brick. We hired Jet Renovation to renovate a bathroom, primarily to remove the tub and install a walk-in shower. JR did a beautiful job. Our bathroom is gorgeous. I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, the price was great and the work was awesome!! Some of my siding blew off the side of my townhouse due to all the winds we'be had. I had a couple estimates for replacing all of the sidimg which was not in my budget. So, Alonzo offered from where the siding blew off up to the very top, taking the siding off, placing house wrap there because it was missing and putting the siding back onto the house. When I tell you, you can't tell where the siding blew off of my house!! His team did an awesome job!! Jet renovations also replaced my ACV rake board. It looks amazing! We had a very tricky roof install, as the previous owner had the roof four layers of shingles deep, and much of the decking needed to be replaced. JET's estimates were deeply fair, and well outlined, and the roof looks great.

I used Jet Renovation in December 2013 to make a roof inspection and repair. I received a two year warranty on this repair. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. Yes, I recommend Jet Renovation and will use them again and again as necessary! Start to finish was a pleasant experience.

Jet Renovation replaced the roof system on our front porch and did a wonderful job. The quote was reasonably priced, the process and materials were explained well to me, they showed up on time, worked quickly, and kept the job site clean throughout.And on top of all that, they came back out (*after* they had gotten paid in full!) to fix a small issue of the gutter not draining properly. It required that they rebuild the wooden drain box to angle it more towards the downspout. They did all this without charging anything additional.Would definitely hire them again.

In Jun of 2018 a storm took some of my roof shingles away. Jet Renovations was swamped with calls and missed our 1st repair appointment but made good on the 2nd one. Their expert roofer replaced missing and damaged shingles and prevented any roof leaks. It's been over a year now and the roof is doing fine. Good job, Jet Renovations! Thanks.

Great price and finished work.My ONLY complaint which keep me from giving them 5 stars was the debris. There were a lot of old shingle pieces and nails around the house landscaping after tearing off the old roof. I had to have them reclean the area more than once and still found a few pieces and roofing nails after in the mulch, etc. Not sure if or how this could be reduced or eliminated, but it something to be aware of beforehand. I still highly recommend Jet Renovation.

Jet Renovation came highly recommended by a neighbor and I couldn't have been more pleased. The cost was very reasonable compared to several other roofers. I, and two of my other neighbors, had Jet install a new roof at the same time. Arriving on time, Jet's staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient, while providing quality work. They were very aware of your property, cleaning up every little speck, leaving no debris behind. I highly recommend Jet.

Each time I was given a written quote detailing the exact scope of the work to be done and the expected completion time. There were never any unexpected cost to pop up from the original price quote, which are very reasonable.
