I understand that misrepresentation or omission of facts requested herein is cause for dismissal. I understand my employment is for no definite period and may, regardless of the date of payment of my wages or salary, be terminated at any time without previous notice. I also agree to observe and follow all Company safety rules, and I understand that any violation of said rules/policies may be cause for dismissal.

I consent to authorize JET RENOVATION LCC. and it's agents and employees to obtain in any manner necessary reference information concerning me - including achievement/wage/history/performance/attendance/personal history/disciplinary information and reason(s) for separation from employment relating to previous employers. It is expressly understood that any information sought or obtained is to be used for the purpose of determining my acceptability for employment. I also, hereby, release JET RENOVATION LLC. From interference from contract or prospective economic advantage and negligence that I have or may have which arise or result from my reference information sought or obtained pursuant to this signed Application.
