The representative (Alonzo) was quite personable and he thoroughly explained every aspect of what I honestly needed in a roof replacement. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. He gave me an easy to understand explanation for all aspects and details of what I would receive for the price given. His team had the roofing materials delivered to my home the afternoon before installation, and they arrived first thing the following morning (7:30 am) and completed the installation by 4:30 pm that afternoon. The entire experience was remarkably smooth, and they were equally efficient with the cleanup before departing.
