Our project was extensive: a full replacement of the original slate shingles on our round turret and flat mansard roof; replacement of all copper gutters, downspouts and finial; as well as a full exterior prep and paint job of sheet metal cornice, wood trim and brick. We hired Jet Renovation to renovate a bathroom, primarily to remove the tub and install a walk-in shower. JR did a beautiful job. Our bathroom is gorgeous. Let me put it this way. Out of dozens of subcontractors that worked on our property during a recent $4M renovation, Jet Renovation is the only one I have kept using by choice. Alex Golonovskiy is a thoughtful, innovative problem solver who believes in quality work and who runs a tight ship with high crew morale. He has attracted some great people, and I've been pleased to work with him -- now, even for personal jobs as well as jobs related to my work.

I did a Google search for roofing companies and found Jet Renovation. When Alonso came out, he told me he had done work in my neighborhood. I had gotten quotes from two other companies. I gave 5 stars because the customer service was great, the price was great and the work was awesome!! Some of my siding blew off the side of my townhouse due to all the winds we'be had. I had a couple estimates for replacing all of the sidimg which was not in my budget. So, Alonzo offered from where the siding blew off up to the very top, taking the siding off, placing house wrap there because it was missing and putting the siding back onto the house. When I tell you, you can't tell where the siding blew off of my house!! His team did an awesome job!! Jet renovations also replaced my ACV rake board. It looks amazing! We had a very tricky roof install, as the previous owner had the roof four layers of shingles deep, and much of the decking needed to be replaced. JET's estimates were deeply fair, and well outlined, and the roof looks great.

I used Jet Renovation in December 2013 to make a roof inspection and repair. I received a two year warranty on this repair. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. Yes, I recommend Jet Renovation and will use them again and again as necessary! Start to finish was a pleasant experience.

The service was scheduled for 8am, Alonzo was outside my home at 7:45👍🏾He came inside to assess the stain in the ceiling and took some measurements. They were COVID compliant ( wore shoe covers & mask) while inside. The work lasted roughly 2hrs or so ( impressive) He took before ,during and after pictures, which i greatly appreciated. I recently had some roofing and gutter work done on my home. Alonzo - in short is a GREAT representative of JET Renovations! He took his time with me and made sure I understood every aspect of the work that would be performed. The materials were delivered on time, the workers were bright and early - completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up all debris at the end of the day. Alonzo provided me with so much information - it resulted in my insurance paying for my roof vs. me paying for a roof out of pocket, that's PRICELESS! I have been a customer of JET Renovations since 2013! I am glad to see they are growing - and have maintained the great customer service they have been providing since day one! Jet Renovation came highly recommended by a neighbor and I couldn't have been more pleased. The cost was very reasonable compared to several other roofers.
