The representative (Alonzo) was quite personable and he thoroughly explained every aspect of what I honestly needed in a roof replacement. Alex also completed dry wall repairs and painting following the roof repair. The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof. His team had the roofing materials delivered to my home the afternoon before installation, and they arrived first thing the following morning (7:30 am) and completed the installation by 4:30 pm that afternoon. The entire experience was remarkably smooth, and they were equally efficient with the cleanup before departing. Of course the price was right, but his written proposal was SO VERY DETAILED and precise: nothing was left out... the itemized list of products to be used and work to be done was very specific.Supplies and materials were delivered on the date and hour promised. (Two days before work was to begin.)His uniformed team arrived on time and NEVER stopped moving (except for lunch). They were a well-oiled machine, well trained, competent, fast, professional and courteous. The demolition (removal of old shingles) was completed quickly and neatly. The clean-up work (after demolition and after completing the install) was thorough.For his initial visit, Alex found some wood-rot and decay that would need to be repaired. His estimate for the amount of materials needed to repair the eave and rakes was exactly right. (No surprises and no add-on fees.)The quality of workmanship was superb. His team of installers worked quickly, but were never rushed. They were careful and precise.Problem resolution was prompt and business-like. An attic exhaust fan with a factory defect (or design flaw) proved to be unworkable for our home. We had a very good experience with Jet re-doing our... read moreWe had a very good experience with Jet re-doing our entire roof. Their quote was in line with others, but we chose them because they were also willing to incorporate the addition of a new skylight, including all of the drywall and other work to make that happen. Other roofers said they would install the skylight but that we would have to get someone else to do the interior work. Jet did all of it. Their clean-up work afterwards was terrific, too. They also had to cut and remove a bunch of unnecessary steel beams on the roof, which they did very carefully.Other roofers have come by the house afterwards and said Jet did great work. The only criticism one roofer had was that the skylight might not be sufficiently sloped, so in the future we might have an issue with water wearing away the sealant around the window after several years. But that is a fairly minor criticism overall, given the size and scope of the project.I would have given 5 stars except that after the roof project, Alex was really hard to get a hold of regarding a follow-up project at the house. That was too bad, because we liked working with them. read less
