They were going to charge $3,000 for the metal replacement when I got it for a 1/3 of the cost from Jet. The material was delivered a day before the work so on the day the roof was to be completely replaced, everything was set up for the workers. They arrived on time at 7 AM and was done with my roof and clean up 11:30. I also got a solar fan installed to try to keep my crawl space cool in the summer. I'll see how that works. The next day the workers arrived early to replace the metal piece and three pieces of siding. All work was done professionally. There was always someone available to answer my questions whenever I called. Fast forward almost seven years later, I see a sign of a leak. I received three inspections and estimates in the span of one week. Time was of essence since rain was in the forecast. Alonzo provided a roof inspection on October 1st, made a revisit with sample TPO materials and answered my many questions. My new TPO flat roof was installed October 9th. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and left absolutely no debris behind. It’s like they were never there aside from the evidence of the beautiful new roof.
